Podere Micheli’s Panforte Panpepato is one of the oldest traditional Sienese desserts. The well-known strong flavor of panforte is due to the mixture of intensely flavored spices. Podere Micheli’s recipe fully reflects the roots of Sienese culinary culture, creating an artisanal product, with attention to the smallest details.
