Panforte Chocolate and Pears 250 g
One of the most successful pairings in the history of pastry making is certainly the one that combines pears with chocolate. The two ingredients blend exceptionally well: the sweet but slightly acidic taste of the former goes perfectly with the rich and delicious flavor of the latter. The result is a panforte which, although faithfully respecting traditional production, Podere Micheli enriches with pears and chocolate, a mix of guaranteed success.
