Speck and porcini is a ragù suitable for those who love strong flavours, combining the smokiness of the speck with the herbaceousness of the mushrooms.

Ingredienti: tomato pulp (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), smoked speck 25% (pork, salt, spices, dextrose, fructose. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate. Preservative: sodium nitrite), Porcini mushrooms 21% (Boletus Edulis and related group), extra virgin olive oil, wine (contains SULPHITES), garlic, salt, pepper.

Conservation: keep in a cold and dry place; once opened, store in the fridge at 0°C/+4° and consume within 5 days.
