Podere Micheli’s red onion mustard is obtained from the selection of top quality red onions.
It is a sweet and sour mustard with a delicate flavour. Remember that we added a touch of dijon mustard in the recipe.

Conservation: keep in a cold and dry place; once opened, store in the fridge at 0°C/+4° and consume within 5 days.
