Rabbit ragù is a very tasty condiment with a delicate flavour, which goes well with pasta and can also be used as an alternative and particular filling.
In addition to being delicious, it is light and digestible. The intense flavor typical of rabbit, made more rounded by a high concentration of meat (with a quantity of 53% rabbit meat) presents the typical and full-bodied consistency of this type of sauce.
