The acidic characteristic of Salina’s island lemons (whole fruits, then cut and selected) gives Podere Micheli’s lemon and ginger jam a fresh and intense flavour, enhanced by the presence of ginger. The natural healthy virtues of both the lemon and the digestive properties of the ginger make this jam one of the most requested from Podere Micheli.
